Delivery Information

We prepare and dispatch orders twice a week usually on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We ship via Royal Mail, either Standard or Tracked & Signed. Standard is both economical and reliable. 

Average delivery times: UK:  1-2 working days, EUROPE : 3-5 working days, Rest Of The World: 4-8 working days.

U.K: All orders shipping to U.K. include VAT.

E.U - WARNING: Since Brexit, orders shipping to the European Union do NOT include VAT. You might be requested to pay VAT at delivery.

Rest Of  World:  VAT or SALES TAX  are not included. Please check your country tax policy.

In the event that a parcel is returned to us, we will not reimburse the shipping costs in case of failed delivery due to:
- your refusal to pay the VAT/Tax
- your change of mind
- your failure to collect the parcel
- wrong address or incomplete address as provided by you
- repeated failed deliveries to the adress you indicated
